Deanna Lane is Manchester High’s Teacher of the Year for her proven dedication and leadership and her excellent classroom instruction. She is an irreplaceable asset to both the special education and math departments, serving as an outstanding collaborator whose instruction in collab classes is seamless. Deanna is a mentor to new teachers and an unofficial assistant CSE, willingly taking on extensive administrative duties to support students. Beyond the classroom, she shows deep commitment as junior class and Beta sponsor. Known for her positive nature, going above and beyond to support students, holding students to high expectations and always assisting colleagues, she embodies the Lancers 4 Life spirit.
